Job Title: Senior HR Officer

Role Overview

As a Senior HR Officer, you’ll manage employee services and welfare programs at our Jhelum factory. You’ll also support compliance with labor laws, oversee canteen and Fair Price Shop (FPS) operations, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support legal compliance with labor laws and HR practices
• Draft court replies, attend hearings, and liaise with company lawyers
• Manage welfare activities and company schemes for workers
• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation
• Submit reports under labor laws, EOBI, PESSI, and internal HR reports
• Build strong ties with labor departments to protect company interests
• Monitor market trends, process contractor bills, and ensure smooth payments
• Prepare and manage Canteen and FPS budgets with minimal variance
• Get ready for audits (EHS, 5S, ISO, etc.) and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, HR, or similar)
• 1+ year of experience in factory or manufacturing operations
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Good communication and people skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and budgeting is a plus
