Salary Range: PKR 25,000 – PKR 35,000 per month

Job Description

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential or existing customers via phone, promote our products or services, and generate leads or sales. You will work in a goal-oriented environment that values persistence, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using the provided leads and prospect lists
• Clearly explain product or service benefits, offers, and features
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals and performance KPIs
• Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Respond to customer questions and handle objections with confidence
• Share insights and work with the team to improve conversion rates

Requirements

• Must bring your laptop (specifications shared upon hiring)
• Excellent spoken English with strong listening skills
• Ability to work on-site during night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Strong sales aptitude with a persuasive personality
• Minimum education: High school (Intermediate or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or call center is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in an outbound call center or sales role
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and dialer software
• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for meeting targets
