We are currently hiring Call Center Representatives who will act as the vital link between our company and its customers. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing calls, resolving customer issues, and ultimately ensuring exceptional service delivery.
First and foremost, handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
In addition, follow provided scripts to address different customer concerns effectively
Moreover, build and maintain strong relationships with customers by going the extra mile
Finally, meet or exceed both individual and team performance targets
Ideally, previous experience in a customer service or support role
Furthermore, strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Additionally, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
At a minimum, a high school diploma is required
Most importantly, proficiency in English is essential
