We are currently hiring an Account Manager to strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and clients. In this role, you will manage a set of customer accounts, including important strategic clients across specific industries or regions.
Moreover, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing leads, and successfully closing sales. To support growth, you will also work to increase account revenue and meet assigned sales targets.
In addition, your goal is to boost brand visibility and create demand for our services. To achieve this, you will engage with clients regularly, helping them understand how our products fit their needs.
Furthermore, you may conduct strategy and progress meetings with senior client teams to ensure alignment between their goals and our offerings. Overall, this position falls within the broader scope of Account and Relationship Management, either as a generalist or across various functions.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role
Additionally, strong negotiation skills are required to secure favorable terms
Most importantly, excellent communication and people skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
