Fixed Salary: PKR 40,000/-month (based on experience)

Commission: 20% on sales

Job Description:

We are hiring Cold Calling Sales Agents to join our dynamic call center team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients in the USA, introduce our truck dispatch services, and convert them into long-term customers.

This role is ideal for confident, goal-oriented individuals who have strong communication skills and a desire to earn through both a fixed salary and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to U.S.-based prospects from our lead database
• Present and explain our dispatch services clearly and professionally
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers
• Record customer interactions and update CRM with accurate data
• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
• Achieve monthly conversion goals (with no strict sales targets)
• Collaborate with the sales and dispatch teams

Salary & Benefits:
