We aim to reach 25% of Pakistan’s population—not just with food, but with hope, opportunity, and positive change. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will help lead that mission in the Central region, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Onboarding

• Lead a team of Sales Executives to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Acquire key accounts, especially local heroes and high-potential vendors.
• Bring back previously inactive vendors.
• Sign up restaurants, shops, and pandago partners to increase platform variety.

2. Vendor Incubation

• Ensure smooth onboarding of all new vendors.
• Track performance metrics like orders, ratings, and uptime.
• Use tools and data to monitor vendor growth and KPIs across all cities.

3. Sales Strategy & Enablement

• Monitor team activities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Train and develop Sales Executives in both soft and strategic selling.
• Step in to support key negotiations and deal closures when needed.

4. Market Penetration

• Map inventory in every vertical, city by city.
• Identify new areas for expansion and increase vendor coverage.
• Add new product categories to grow the shop section.

5. People Management

• Lead a team of 19 people, including 2 direct reports and 17 sales staff.
• Distribute targets and monitor performance across verticals.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and performance reviews regularly.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a Foodpanda brand ambassador.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations to support vendor growth.
• Quickly understand partner needs and build trust across multiple cities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in FMCG or sales.
• Proven record in negotiation, stakeholder management, and P&L ownership.
• Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, BI tools, and Google Suite.
• A growth mindset and strong sense of ownership.
