Key Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding the bank’s deposit base. To begin with, you will be responsible for ensuring that monthly deposit targets are consistently achieved.

Furthermore, you will be expected to:

• Proactively identify and onboard new clients for deposit mobilization.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with individual and corporate deposit clients.

• Focus especially on generating low-cost deposits, such as Current and Savings Accounts (CASA).

• Maintain a balanced deposit portfolio that includes Current Accounts, Savings, and Term Deposits (TDRs).

• Stay informed on market trends and gather competitor insights to share with your line managers.

• In addition, handle any other tasks or assignments delegated by the bank’s management.

Your performance will directly contribute to the bank’s financial stability and long-term growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant banking experience in deposits, sales, or relationship management is required.

Location: Across Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 Months)
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 80,000 per month
