We are hiring Relationship Managers – Chinese Accounts for one of Pakistan’s leading telecommunications companies. These positions are based in Karachi and Lahore and offer a dynamic opportunity for bilingual professionals looking to grow in a high-paced, corporate environment.
To begin with, the ideal candidate must be fluent in the Chinese language. This is a core requirement and essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients. Additionally, the candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably a Master’s degree in Finance or Banking, from a HEC-recognized institution.
Furthermore, candidates must have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Government and Corporate Sales (B2B). A strong track record in client acquisition, relationship building, and solution-based sales will be highly valued.
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance, Banking & Finance, or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in credit analysis, relationship management, or commercial client handling.
Hands-on experience with corporate clients, especially in the telecom or banking sectors, is desirable.
First and foremost, develop and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Additionally, identify new business opportunities through market research and penetration into untapped sectors.
Build long-term trust by enhancing relationships with key clients while actively engaging with new prospects to drive portfolio growth.
Conduct regular client visits to understand operational needs and prepare detailed visit reports.
Evaluate financial statements to assess creditworthiness and recommend credit facilities within defined risk parameters.
Monitor existing risk asset portfolios and ensure they meet the bank’s quality, profitability, and compliance standards.
Maintain alignment with Shariah guidelines and regulatory frameworks in all credit and operational processes.
Accurately complete facility and security documents as per internal processes.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
Excellent financial and credit analysis skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to solve problems, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
